Fantastic item, it was perfect.
I bought a personalised custom item and realised as soon as I'd sent it, I needed to slightly change the message and colour. I used their custom edit form 5 minutes after and also messaged. I had no reply until a couple of days later saying the text wouldn't fit and that it had gone to production. The item arrived with nothing changed and the text would easily have fitted and no colour change. They have ignored my last messages. I have used Etsy for years because it is usually a personal service with great communication for bespoke handmade items but not with this company. Saying they are busy is poor customer service and shouldn't have a custom edit form if they don't check them and messages before an order is done.
