We have purchased from Twist lots in the past but are extremely disappointed with this item in particular. The menus were ordered and communication was good. Our order was a bit complex as we had some different menus to suit dietary requirements but were told no issues. When the items arrived we had around 30-40 extra menus that were all out of alignment and looked really poor, not sure why these were sent. We chased to get some more copies and these arrived again a week later out of line. I messaged again and expressed my disappointment to be told sorry, we will send some more, today opened them again and around 25% of the menus are out of line, do you not check items before they leave as it's very clear these don't look good. I hate leaving bad reviews but I 3 chances should be plenty.
