Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a link to our easy-to-use online editor. From there, you can:
• Choose from any of our beautiful design templates
• Upload your wedding photo(s) and see them instantly in your chosen design
• Enter your names, date, or message as required by the template
• Add a QR code, extra photos, or a special message to the back or inside of the card – at no extra charge
• Choose to keep the inside or back blank for a handwritten note, or personalise it before printing
It’s quick, fun, and gives you full creative control over your chosen design – nothing goes to print until you’re 100% happy!
📐 Card Sizes & Formats
Choose from two classic sizes – each available as either a flat postcard or a folded greeting card:
• 5x7" (127x178mm)
• A6 (105x148mm)
Postcard – flat card with the option to print text or extra photos on the reverse.
Folded – traditional open card with two inside panels for your personalised message or extra images.
🖨️ Paper Finish & Envelopes
We offer two premium paper types:
• Gloss – A shiny, vibrant front (like a photo print) that makes colours pop, with a smooth matte reverse perfect for writing.
• Matte – A lightly textured, non-shiny finish with a timeless, organic feel. Softer colours and subtle texture make it perfect for an elegant look.
Every order includes premium heavyweight white envelopes with a diamond flap.

Choose Express for priority dispatch and faster, more reliable delivery – including end-to-end tracking, delivery updates, and weekend delivery (Saturday & Sunday – UK only). Delivery upgrades are available at checkout for an additional charge.

4. Approve your design, your order will enter into production within 1 business day.
5. After shipping, we'll send you an email with all the info and tracking details.
