Can I personalise the design or message under the scratch panel?
For all of our personalised scratch cards, you are of course able to change any/all wording! All you need to do is pop in your requirements in the personalisation box and then add to basket and we'll take care of the rest! The listing will be clear if the scratch card you are wanting can be personalised or not.
Can I request a custom ticket?
Need to make some tweaks to your design? No problem! Our in-house designers are here to help. If you want to add some custom wording, change the layout, or make any other adjustments, just let us know and we'll take care of it.
Can I leave the scratch panel blank so I can handwrite the surprise?
If you are selecting a personalised scratch card, you can request the scratch panel section be left blank. Simply let us know via the personalisation box. Since the scratch panel is not attached to the card, you can write your own surprise and place the panel on top yourself, ready to give to the recipient!
Is the envelope included?
We've included an envelope with your scratch card purchase, so you can gift it to the lucky recipient in style. Once your card arrives, simply pop it into the envelope and you're ready to go!
Does the scratch panel come stuck onto the card?
The scratch panel comes separately in the package, this is so you can double-check your design to make sure everything is perfect, and then easily peel and stick the scratch panel over the top - ready to give to the recipient!
I have received my order but my personalisation is incorrect.
If you've received your order and your personalisation is incorrect, don't worry - we're here to help! First, please double-check the order confirmation email you received from us to ensure we received the correct details. If everything looks good on your end, please get in touch with our team and we'll do our best to rectify the situation.

I have received my order and the foiling is speckled, can I have a refund?
If you've received speckled foiling instead of the expected finish, we're super sorry to hear that! Please don't hesitate to get in touch with our amazing customer service team - we're here to help and want to make things right. We'll work with you to reprint and resend your order as soon as possible.
Do you offer a different foil colour?
For now, our scratch cards come in a sleek gold finish, but we're happy to offer customisation options too! If you'd like to switch to a silver or rose gold finish, just let us know and our fantastic customer service team will be more than happy to help you out.
I want to change my card colour or design.
We're happy to offer you a range of colours to choose from - white, black, and navy are all options! And if you need to make any adjustments to the design, don't worry - our talented in-house designers are here to help.
