Asked if i could pay extra for a rushed order for my wedding - confirmed it would be fine. Needed 3-4 refinements and didn't feel they took on board what i was asking. Simple instructions were ignored and then when i highlighted the poor experience and the amount of time it was taking to get right, i asked for a refund instead so i could go elsewhere. They couldn't do that apparently. Only when the day came that i expected them to be delivered, did i message and was advised that it wasn't going to be delivered that day (in time for my wedding) and so offered a refund then.

I would not recommend unless you have plenty of time to wait for amendments to be done, and if you don't mind repeating yourself in the comments section of the design page!
