What is the order and personalisation process?
Depending on your order, we have two different processes! Items such as cards and gifts signs you will find a personalisation box before you hit add to basket, this is where you pop in your personalisation then our in house designers will create your sign ready for print! For items such as table plans or menus once you place the order we will send over a specifications link for you to fill in. This is then sent to our designers who will create the proof for you to view and make as many amendments as needs be!
I don’t know what I need for my big day, can you give me some advice?
Absolutely! That's what we're all about! Our amazing customer service team is here to help you with every detail, because we know that's what makes the difference between good and great. We're dedicated to making sure everything is perfect for you, from the design to the delivery. How far in advance should I place my order for wedding stationery to ensure timely delivery?
As soon as possible! We know just how many things you have to think of when it comes to the big day, so as soon as you're ready get ordering! Better to be safe than sorry and allow for any last minute changes and avoid last minute panic!
Do you offer promotions or discounts on large orders?
At this moment in time, we don't have any discounts available for large wedding stationery orders. However, we'd love to learn more about your order and see if we can help, so feel free to reach out to our wonderful customer service team!
Do you have the complete set to all design ranges so I can match everything?
All of our designs have full ranges! From Phoebe to Elise, Greenery to Blush, and everything in between, we've got all the little details you need to make your special day truly unforgettable.
Shall I order everything at once, or order separately?
This is totally up to you! You're in control of your wedding planning journey, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Whether you're ready to place your entire order at once or take it one step at a time, we're here to help. Just let us know when you're ready to make your next move, and we'll be there to guide you through the process.
Will you send all of the items at the same time?
Most of our items are shipped out as soon as they're ready, which means you'll get them quickly and efficiently. Plus, each item comes in its own unique packaging, which is designed to keep it safe and secure. For example, if you order a table plan and some table numbers, you'll receive them separately because of their packaging needs. Generally, we'll ship out your items once they've been approved by you!
My order has arrived, but we have had to change some details, what should I do?
Get in touch! We are always happy to help with this, should your designs still be on file there will be a small fee for a design change and then print and delivery. Rest assured it is something we can do quickly for you as we know how frustrating this situation can be!
I do not have enough of an item, can I order more of exactly the same design?
Yes indeed! Please do get in touch and we will be able to quote you for however many more you need!
I have received my order and some of my personalisation is not correct.
If you've received your order and your personalisation is incorrect, don't worry - we're here to help! First, please double-check the order confirmation email you received from us to make sure you approved the correct details. If everything looks good on your end, please get in touch with our team and we'll do our best to rectify the situation.

What happens if my order is lost, or damaged in the post?
