When should I send out my thank you cards?
Consider sending your thank-you notes to your guests within the first 3 months after your wedding. This thoughtful gesture serves as a lovely reminder of your special day and a way to express your gratitude to those who joined you in celebrating. It's a beautiful way to show your appreciation and make a lasting impression.
What is the order and personalisation process?
Once you have ordered we will send over a specifications form for you to fill out! We will then create a proof for you to view which can be amended as much as needs be! As soon as you are 100% happy and approve we will pop this into print!
My order has arrived and the photos have not printed like the proof.
Digital print including photos from photographers allows us to print onto nice thick 350gsm card and they can be written on too. But that comes at the expense of not having pin-sharp images like the lovely ones you might have been sent by your photographer. Keep in mind that a picture on your computer screen has light shining through it from your monitor. That same image printed on paper is likely to appear a bit darker and take on the papers grain. If you have any issues, please feel free to contact us!
I would like different images on each card.
You will need to place a separate order for each design. So if you are wanting 10 cards with one design and 10 with a different design, you would need to place 2 separate orders. This helps prevent errors and ensures each print is carefully reviewed before shipping. By placing each image in a separate order, you can be confident that your prints will turn out perfectly!
Why do my images look pixelated on the proof?
Due to the nature of the software we use for our proofs, they are not designed to show the image at it's full resolution. So do not worry, it will be of good quality! However if you are worried, please do get in touch and our customer service team will be more than happy to send over your print file to give you peace of mind!
Can I order a sample of the wedding thank you card?
Feel free to reach out to us to request a sample! Although the sample won't be personalised, we'd be delighted to send one your way so you can experience the quality of our print first-hand. This will give you a better idea of what to expect and help you make an informed decision.
What is the typical delivery time for wedding thank you cards?
Generally, this is dependent on how many amendments you have and when the order is approved! Each design submission (proof request and amendments) takes around 1-2 working days. Once approved it should be printed and dispatched within the next 2-3 days! Please visit our shipping and delivery page for more info!
Can I see a proof of the thank you card before placing the order?
Yes of course! Once you send over your image and wording we will email a proof for you to view! This can indeed be amended as much as needs be. Once you are 100% happy with the design we will then have this popped into print!
